1. New Account Opening

Users need to bring their original valid ID, original valid property certificate, and go to the nearest business outlet to sign the "Residential Natural Gas Supply and Use Contract". If the user authorizes someone else to open the account, the valid original ID of the agentis required.

2. Change of Ownership

After settling the gas fees, users need to bring their original valid ID, original valid property certificate, and the original gas IC card to the nearest business outlet to sign the "Residential Natural Gas Supply and Use Contract" for the change of ownership. If the user authorizes someone else to open the account, the valid original ID of the agentis required.

3. Gas Disconnection (Account Closure)

If a user voluntarily terminates the gas service, after settling the gas fees, they need to bring their original valid ID, original valid property certificate, original gas IC card or the "Residential Natural Gas Supply and Use Contract", and a written application to the nearest business outlet. The staff will dismantle the gas facilities according to the user's agreed-upon time, while settling the gas fees. If the user authorizes someone else to open the account, the valid original ID of the agentis required.

4. Agreement-based Gas Disconnection

Users who need to temporarily suspend the gas service need to settle the gas fees first, and then bring their original valid ID and original valid property certificate to the nearest business outlet. If the user authorizes someone else to open the account, the valid original ID of the agentis required.

5. Gas Re-connection

Users who have a demand for gas re-connection after an agreement-based disconnection should bring their original valid ID and original valid property certificate to the nearest business outlet to process the re-connection. If the user authorizes someone else to open the account, the valid original ID of the agentis required.

6.Contract Signing

Users who have not signed the "Residential Natural Gas Supply and Use Contract" need to bring their original valid ID and original valid property certificate to the nearest business outlet for processing.
