Mr. Chen summarized the production and operation situation in the first half of the year, conducted an in-depth analysis of the recent safety situation, especially focusing on the "6·28" Yinchuan explosion incident and the "7·23" Qiqihar incident. Finally, Mr. Chen outlined key deployments for safety work in the second half of the year, emphasizing the need for all units to further enhance safety production efforts.
